This document outlines our onboarding policy, specifically focusing on our Banned and Restricted Categories list. By onboarding with us, you agree to comply with these guidelines and ensure that your business does not fall into any of the banned categories listed below.

Banned Businesses List

The following categories of businesses are strictly prohibited from using our Platform. Any attempt to onboard a business falling under these categories will result in immediate rejection and potential reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Adult Goods and Services
  • Pornography and other sexually suggestive materials, including literature, imagery, and other media.
  • Escort or prostitution services.
• Alcohol
  • Alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne.
• Body Parts
  • Sale or trade of human organs or other body parts.
• Cable Descramblers and Black Boxes
  • Devices intended to obtain cable and satellite signals for free.
• Child Pornography
  • Pornographic materials involving minors.
• Products Labeled as "Tester," "Not for Retail Sale,"or "Not Intended for Resale"
  • Such products are strictly banned.
• Counterfeit and Unauthorized Goods
  • Replicas or imitations of designer goods.
  • Items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association.
  • Fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorized goods.
• Altered Products
  • Products that have been altered to change the product's performance, safety specifications, or indications of use.
• Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
  • Hallucinogenic substances, illegal drugs, and drug accessories, including herbal drugs like salvia and magic mushrooms.
• Drug Test Circumvention Aids
  • Drug cleansing shakes, urine test additives, and related items.
• Endangered Species
  • Plants, animals, or other organisms (including product derivatives) in danger of extinction.
• Government IDs or Documents
  • Fake IDs, passports, diplomas, and noble titles.
• Illegal Goods
  • Materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or enabling illegal acts.
• Miracle Cures
  • Unsubstantiated cures, remedies, or other items marketed as quick health fixes.
• Offensive Goods
  • Literature, products, or other materials that:
  • Defame or slander any person or groups of people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, or other factors.
  • Encourage or incite violent acts.
  • Promote intolerance or hatred.
• Offensive Goods, Crime
  • Crime scene photos or items, such as personal belongings, associated with criminals.
• Pyrotechnic Devices, Hazardous Materials, and Radioactive Materials and Substances
  • Apart from the ones mentioned in the restricted category.
• Traffic Devices
  • Radar detectors/jammers, license plate covers, traffic signal changers, and related products.
• Weapons
  • Firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, and other armaments.
• Matrix Sites
  • Sites using matrix scheme approach/Ponzi/Pyramid schemes.
• Work-at-Home Information
  • Such businesses are not permitted.
• Surgical Products on B2C Model
  • Sale of surgical products directly to consumers.
• Immigration Services
  • Does not include consultation.
• Loose Diamonds
  • Trading of loose diamonds.
• Guaranteed Employment Services
  • Employment services that guarantee employment.
• Adoption Agencies
  • Agencies involved in the adoption process.
• Pawnshop
  • Businesses operating as pawnshops.
• Bestiality
  • Involvement in bestiality.
• Fireworks
  • Sale and distribution of fireworks.
• Cryptocurrency Trading
  • Trading of cryptocurrencies.

Compliance and Enforcement

By proceeding with the onboarding process, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the immediate termination of your account and services. We reserve the right to report any illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
